Basic Information About Pool Enclosure Structures
Basic Dimensions
- The distance between the tracks can be customized.
- The standard segment length is 2160 mm.
- The width of one end panel is 33 mm.

Segments can be extended up to 2564 mm. In this case, it depends on the size and type of enclosure and the type of polycarbonate used (as agreed with the pool enclosure manufacturer).

- Segments can also be shortened according to requirements.
Pool enclosures can be elevated up to half the distance between the tracks. - In both cases, it depends on the size and type of the pool enclosure (as agreed with the manufacturer).
- Segments can be reinforced for mountainous regions and areas with extreme natural conditions.
Aluminum Structure
The aluminum structure is made from specially developed profiles designed by our company and custom manufactured. The profiles differ in their external dimensions as well as the dimensions of the reinforcements inside the profile. For excellent enclosure strength, the appropriate type of profile is always used, depending on the structural complexity, type, and size of the enclosure.
The profiles are designed to allow condensed water to drain out, preventing water from freezing inside the profiles during the winter months.
Anodizing is a surface treatment for aluminum and its alloys, created through anodic oxidation—anodizing. When aluminum is artificially oxidized, a very hard and uniform protective layer forms on the surface. This method is more advantageous than painting or coating, as the dye is less likely to be scratched or detached during material bending.
Structure Color
We offer surface treatment options:
- Silver anodizing – standard finish
- Bronze anodizing
- RAL color of your choice
- Anthracite anodizing

Sealing Between Segments
For perfect sealing between segments, black EPDM sealing is used. Thanks to its optimal material properties, it ensures maximum durability and high elasticity, even in the most extreme weather conditions.
EPDM is a synthetic polymer based on ethylene-propylene with excellent physical and mechanical properties. It is resistant to atmospheric influences and many chemicals.
We would like to inform our customers that the pool enclosure is not designed as a winter garden, and atmospheric precipitation may penetrate the enclosed space.
