Construction Preparation

Construction Preparation for Track Foundation.

The foundation for track installation must be reinforced (minimum B20 concrete, all types of ceramic and stone tiles set in concrete, etc.). We do not recommend installing tracks on unreinforced surfaces (e.g., tiles laid loosely on compacted surfaces or concrete). In such cases, the tiles may shift, causing the tracks to loosen and leading to deformation of the entire pool enclosure. The foundation for mounting pool enclosure tracks on walls (Terrace, Rock) must also be solid and cohesive; installation on unreinforced surfaces (e.g., insulated facades) is not possible. This applies to all types of pool enclosures.

The surface for pool enclosure installation must be level, with a maximum deviation not exceeding 5 mm over the entire length of the tracks. If the surface is uneven, tracks must be shimmed, which may restrict the movement of the pool enclosure and cause the lower parts of individual segments to scrape against the tracks. The reinforced surface under the tracks should be at least 3 cm wider on each side than the width of the tracks.

In cases of poor access to the pool, it is necessary to provide an adequate number of helpers to place the segments onto the tracks.

For pool enclosure installation, we require an electricity supply (230 V) within 20 meters of the installation site.

Extreme natural conditions (e.g., mountainous areas, regions with high gusty winds) must be taken into account, and the enclosure should be adapted accordingly. Please inform us of such conditions so we can offer a suitable pool enclosure design.

Remember to consider electrical wiring, water pipes, drains, and other utilities that could be damaged during pool enclosure installation or that could obstruct the process.

Any changes made at the installation site after the pool has been measured (e.g., tree planting, construction of fences, terraces, etc.) must be discussed with us in advance to avoid issues during installation.

Segments must always be slid out from the front or rear of the tracks in case of damage. Therefore, the tracks must remain accessible for segment removal from at least one side (front or rear). If the tracks are not accessible from either side, they must be divided into two parts, and in case of segment removal, one part of the tracks will need to be disassembled. Tracks cannot be permanently encased, embedded, or otherwise sealed in a way that prevents their future disassembly.

If the customer makes construction or environmental modifications after the pool enclosure installation that prevent easy disassembly of the enclosure or its parts (e.g., encasing or embedding the tracks, building walls or structures, planting trees), they will be responsible for removing such modifications at their own expense or transporting the enclosure or its parts to a location approved by the manufacturer for servicing. The customer is also responsible for any damage to the enclosure or its parts during transportation to the approved location.
